~ My 2nd week sample meals ~
Hi guys! As I promised this is a surprised post, haha! I am posting more healthy low-calorie meals. I hope this will boost a little bit of your creativity when creating meals. Please note that all of the meals that I posted in this blog were created by me and our diet team. We suffered, endured all these times trying to be creative on very limited choices. We drink a lot of soup at dinner because we all agreed that soup is more fulfilling than just a piece of meat. Yeah? So if you are not a soup lover…well, sorry >_<
Okay, here are our week 2 meals (roughly…) If we eat chicken chop-chop salad (with NO dressing other than salsa) then I don’t take pictures.
Cilantro with beef, napa and egg soup. (100g of lean group beef only)
Chinese style tea egg and broccoli ( cooked without oil )
We only allow to eat 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites…it was very hungry lunch for me -___- I drank a lot of tea. π
Soup again! Cilantro beef, been sprout soup.
Fulfilling~~~~ ^___^ I was happy because I was hungry likea….uhm, I don’t know how to explain but I was hungry enough to swallow an entire cow -_- After this soup I felt better!
Basil Chicken Mushroom Salad.
Have you EVER have basil chicken salad? Haha, neither do I BUT we were able to create this delicious meal for lunch! It smelled good and tasty.
Green Pepper Beef Soup
Ha! What did I say? Yup more soup!! This is more like Chinese green pepper steak without stir fried or oil. Instead we add little bit ginger and garlic and little bit chicken broth to add more flavor.
Roast Beef with Cauliflower and Tomatoes
Still yummy lunch!
Stir Fried Cabbage with steakΒ
YUMMY dinner!! Just 100g regular but lean steak with cabbage…hm… ^^
Okie! This is it for my week 2 meals, are you getting hungry now? ^_^ I hope you liked this surprise yummy post! I will try to update more for my week 3 meals. Btw, I think I’ve lost so far12lbs, still working on it but I am very happy about my weight now. It’s worth it!!
